Jonathan's Rescue Story:
Jonathan is a handsome tiger who lives with his sister, Jules at Popcorn Park. The siblings spent their early years moving between Canadian zoos, but in April 2020, they needed a new home again when their last zoo closed. With no Canadian facility available, Popcorn Park stepped in to rescue them. Due to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and the complexities of international travel, the rescue took two years of careful planning. On June 26, 2022, Jonathan and Jules arrived and settled right in! Their playful, vocal personalities are a joy to see. The pair enjoys socializing with visitors, and we are thrilled to provide them with a stable, lifelong home at Popcorn Park.
