Bear Bites

It costs about $500 a month to feed our two resident bears, Bonnie and MaryAnn! Our bears require a lot of calories and specialty food, so they feast on omnivore bear biscuits and munch on assorted fruits and veggies. Did you know we often spread grapes and other snacks around our bear enclosure to entice them to forage as they would naturally in the wild? Incorporating these behaviors into their routine provides valuable enrichment both for their minds and bodies!
