For more than two decades, our current hawk and owl enclosure has provided refuge for rescued birds of prey at Popcorn Park. While it has served us well, the structure is now showing its age and no longer meets the level of comfort, enrichment, and specialized care these incredible animals deserve.
We are raising funds to construct a brand-new habitat thoughtfully designed for the unique needs of raptors, including hawks, owls, and other birds of prey in our care. The new enclosure will feature updated safety enhancements, naturalistic perching areas, enrichment opportunities that encourage healthy behaviors and stimulation, and new nesting and shelter boxes to provide greater comfort and security year-round.
This new space will not only improve daily quality of life for the birds who already call Popcorn Park home, but also allow us to continue providing lifelong refuge for rescued birds of prey in need for years to come.
Every donation helps bring this project to life and creates a safer, more natural home for these remarkable animals.
